Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Curb, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Curb uses AI to interpret photographs of parking signs and provide a parking verdict based on the sign content, your location, the current time, and any permits you've added to your profile. Results are provided as guidance only — always verify against the physical sign before parking.

Accuracy Disclaimer

Curb's AI-generated verdicts may be inaccurate, especially for unusual, damaged, or non-standard signs. You are solely responsible for confirming parking legality and for any fines, towing, or other consequences resulting from reliance on the app. Curb is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy.

Subscriptions

Curb Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, available monthly or annually, at the price shown in the app and on the App Store product page at time of purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. No refund will be issued for the unused portion of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.

Account & Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Curb only for its intended purpose: scanning real parking signs to get a parking verdict. You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer the underlying AI models
• Scanning the same sign or unrelated images repeatedly or in rapid succession
• Using scripts, bots, or automated tools to submit scans
• Generating abnormal usage patterns that go beyond normal personal use

We reserve the right to limit, throttle, or suspend access for accounts that show abusive or automated usage, with or without notice, to protect the service for all users.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curb and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to parking fines, towing fees, or vehicle impoundment.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
